Awesome Couponing Day!

I ventured out with my 2 year old, Callie Jo, this afternoon to do some un-planned couponing and it worked out very nicely! Here is a break-down of my deals from Rite Aid!

4 bottles of Nivea body wash=
On sale for $3.99
Used 4 $3 coupons making each just .99!
BUT if you spent $15 on those body washes you got back $5!
So total spent $3.96 and got back $5 in Up+Rewards.

On sale for $1.69 with BOGO 50% off.
Made both $2.53
Used 2 $1/1 coupons making both just .53!

Bic Mark-It Permanant Marker "Color Collection" 8 ct.
On clearance for 50% off
Total= $2.49!

I also wanted to take advantage of the sales on cleaning products but unfortunatly my store was out of almost everything so I decided to try sale matching at Walmart for a spin! Here is a breakdown of that trip!

I also was able to use a coupons.com coupon for $1/1 AND one from a flyer for $2/1 also.
They are normally $3.49 so I got both for $3.49
Minus my $3 in coupons
=.49 for both!! YAY!

Tips for Shopping at Rite Aid

If you are going to Rite Aid to shop any this week, make sure you check out the Video Values. If you "watch" these videos it will give you the option to print Rite Aid exclusive Coupons, sometimes even dollar off your order coupons!

As a tip, I usually do these while watching TV, I just mute the sound and wait for each to finish playing.

Also, match-up these Video Values with manufacturers coupons and sales for even bigger discounts!

Use the $1.50/1 Lysol Wipes coupon found here
Plus, use the $1/1 Lysol Item Rite Aid April Video Values coupon

Saturday=GREAT mail day at my house!! Yay!

Yesterday to my suprise when I opened up my front door there was a disposable coffee cup! On closer examination, I realized that, no, the mailman didnt forget something, IT WAS A FREEBIE! I got a cup with 5 .55 off Breve Creme' and a FREE PINT of Breve Creme'! Wow! It came from a company called Vocalpoint.com. It is a free online review and survey website that is a lot of fun and OBVIOUSLY you can get free stuff! YAY!
Also, my All You magazine came in the mail! These magazines are chock full of handy tips and oh yeah, COUPONS!! I got my subscription through magazines.com during their $5 sale and also went through ebates.com and got cash back in my account! How cool is that?! If you dont have a subscription, you can buy them at Walmart.
